These wheels feature lightweight 1 piece modular forged construction that bring to the table increased strength and an extremely durable lightweight wheel. Forgestar wheels are manufactured using a process called flow forming. This specialized process begins with a low pressure type of casting and uses a special machine that spins the initial casting, heats the outer portion of the casting and then uses steel rollers pressed against the rim area to pull the rim to its final width and shape. The combination of the heat, pressure and spinning create a rim area with the strength similar to a forged wheel.

Forgestar currently has 2 models called the F05 and F14. The F05 is a 5 spoke design with polished lip and is available in 3 popular colors, Gunmetal, Machined Black and Piano Black. The F14 is a mesh style wheel and is offered in 4 colors, Gunmetal, Machined Black, Matte Black & Piano Black. Both offer big brake clearance and a wide range of offsets and widths to fit just about any luxury/sports car. For now, they are offered in the most popular size 19″ staggered or non-staggered.
